How insurance companies consider vehicles with monitoring system? We`ve asked them: „Are vehicles secured by monitoring system favored over vehicles without it or what is the difference in insurance of vehicle with and without monitoring.“ Here are the answers.

Asked insurance companies (Allianz, Kooperativa, Uniqa, AXA, Groupama, Union a QBE) answered that at present they do not provide any product dedicated specially for monitored vehicles. Most of them have mentioned that depending the insurance value they require vehicle security tools.

Althout vehicles with monitoring must be insured by the same products as vehicles without monitoring system, exist in some insurance companies possibility to provide certain discount on insured sum. We know from our experiences and experiences of our clients, that though in official price lists you can hardly find something like this, it is worth to ask for it. It depends on the individual agreement of insurance company and policyholder, but we know, that in many cases was discount provided.
